Surrogacy Options in Fertility Medicine

Surrogacy offers a meaningful opportunity for couples and individuals who face medical or social challenges in achieving their dream of becoming parents. In this process, another woman — the surrogate mother — carries the pregnancy on behalf of the intended parents, helping them realize the joy of parenthood. While surrogacy can be a complex journey, it is also one filled with hope, compassion, and trust. It represents a modern and promising way to create a family when other paths are not possible.

We approach every surrogacy journey with sensitivity, transparency, and unwavering support, ensuring that each step is taken with the utmost care for everyone involved.

The Procedure of Surrogacy

In surrogacy, an embryo created using the eggs and sperm of the intended parents or donors is transferred into the uterus of the surrogate mother, who carries the baby until birth. This option is typically considered when the intended mother does not have a uterus or cannot safely carry a pregnancy due to medical reasons.

The process begins with an IVF treatment using the eggs and/or sperm of the couple. Simultaneously, the uterine lining of the surrogate mother is prepared with carefully selected medications to create the best conditions for embryo implantation. The embryo is then transferred into the surrogate mother’s uterus under precise ultrasound guidance.
