Endometrial Regeneration
(PRP)

Obstetrician - Gynecologist - Fertility Specialist

Endometrial Regeneration Therapy using Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is a groundbreaking approach aimed at revitalizing the endometrium, the uterine lining and enhancing the prospects of a successful pregnancy.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) is a biological material derived from the patient’s blood. It contains a high platelet concentration that releases growth factors, stimulating tissue regeneration. PRP therapy is a gentle and natural method designed to optimize the endometrium for successful implantation.

Adenomyosis and internal endometriosis:
PRP therapy is being investigated as a potential adjunctive approach in women with adenomyosis and internal endometriosis, conditions that may be associated with reduced fertility.

Chronic endometritis and endometrial microbiome imbalance:
In cases of chronic endometritis or alterations of the endometrial microbiome, PRP is considered an experimental adjunct in the context of endometrial dysfunction.

Thin or refractory endometrium:
In women with persistently thin or unresponsive endometrium, PRP has been explored in selected studies as a supportive intervention.

Asherman’s syndrome:
In Asherman’s syndrome, primary treatment is surgical. PRP has been evaluated as an adjunctive option in selected protocols.

Reduced subendometrial vascular flow (VFI):
A reduced VFI may be associated with impaired endometrial function. The potential role of PRP in this context is still under investigation.

Recurrent implantation failure and miscarriage:
In cases of recurrent implantation failure or recurrent miscarriage, PRP is considered an experimental, adjunctive approach.

Immunological or rheological implantation issues:
In suspected immunological or rheological factors affecting implantation, the use of PRP remains within the scope of ongoing clinical research.

  • Collection of blood from the patient.
  • Separation of platelets through centrifugation.
  • Release of Growth Factors (GF).
  • Two applications based on individual assessment.
  • Intrauterine PRP Instillation.
  • Subendometrial Injection of PRP.

We’re here to assess your situation!

We understand that each case is unique. Endometrial regeneration with PRP is considered as a potential adjunctive approach in selected cases within reproductive medicine.
